Meet Jenna Bell

Nurse Practitioner (AHPRA-endorsed) • Menopause & Women’s Health

Hi, I’m Jenna — an endorsed Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in menopause, perimenopause, and bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT).

After more than a decade working in intensive care, emergency departments, aeromedical evacuations with the Royal Australian Air Force, and rural generalist practice, I’ve seen firsthand how often women’s midlife symptoms are dismissed or poorly managed.

I created Menopause & Me so every woman in Australia can access evidence-based, compassionate, individualised care — including bioidentical hormone options when they’re the right fit — from the comfort of home.

Whether you’re experiencing hot flushes, brain fog, low mood, weight changes, or simply want clarity about your options, I’m here to listen without judgment and guide you with the latest evidence.

I look forward to supporting you on this journey.
