Meet Jenna Bell
Nurse Practitioner (AHPRA-endorsed) • Menopause & Women’s Health
Hi, I’m Jenna — an endorsed Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in menopause, perimenopause, and bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT).
After more than a decade working in intensive care, emergency departments, aeromedical evacuations with the Royal Australian Air Force, and rural generalist practice, I’ve seen firsthand how often women’s midlife symptoms are dismissed or poorly managed.
I created Menopause & Me so every woman in Australia can access evidence-based, compassionate, individualised care — including bioidentical hormone options when they’re the right fit — from the comfort of home.
Whether you’re experiencing hot flushes, brain fog, low mood, weight changes, or simply want clarity about your options, I’m here to listen without judgment and guide you with the latest evidence.
I look forward to supporting you on this journey.

What is a Nurse Practitioner?
A Nurse Practitioner (NP) is an experienced registered nurse who has completed extensive postgraduate education—usually at a Master’s level—and has been endorsed by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia. This endorsement allows them to practice at an advanced clinical level. Nurse Practitioners can independently assess patients, diagnose health conditions, order and interpret tests, prescribe medications, and refer to specialists when needed. The title “Nurse Practitioner” is legally protected, meaning only those who meet strict national standards can use it.
Nurse Practitioners play a vital role in improving access to high-quality healthcare across Australia. They support patients by providing timely, comprehensive, and person-centred care, often reducing wait times and helping people receive the right care sooner. NPs are known for their holistic approach – considering not only the immediate health issue but also lifestyle, prevention, long-term wellbeing, and overall quality of life.
Working collaboratively with GPs, specialists, and allied-health professionals, Nurse Practitioners help streamline care and support better health outcomes. Their advanced skills, combined with strong patient relationships, make them a trusted and valuable part of Australia’s healthcare system.
